I ship to Canada, USA and INTL!

INTL Shipping fees are high and are done through Canada Post.

Canadian orders have the option to select untracked shipping for a cheaper price! I also offer standard tracked shipping within Canada through UniUni.

USA orders are fulfilled with USPS.

It can take me 1-3 weeks to create your order depending on the volume of requests I get. Afterwards, your item will be shipped the next Wednesday.

Please be patient with me! I am one person and I handcraft each item!

Unfortunately, I am no longer responsible for what happens to your order once it has been dropped off at the post office. Any lost/stolen/missing/delayed packages are not my responsibility. Please contact your shipping provider if you are experiencing any of these issues.

If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete please contact me before the item has been shipped out!

Any duties, customs, fees with your order is not my responsibility.

Items CANNOT be refunded or exchanged. ALL SALES FINAL.

Repairs are reviewed through a case-by-case system. If it is on our end, we will repair your item if it has been broken within one week of purchase. Please contact us!

 

If your package was returned to me due to an unsuccessful delivery, I will contact you to ship the item back for a fee.
